Delivery
International delivery available. Delivery times (provided as estimates) and delivery options will be updated during checkout depending on your country of purchase:
- 2 to 3 working days : Denmark, Poland, Slovenia, Latvia, Lithuania and Slovak Republic
- 4 to 5 working days : Czech Republic, Hungary, Finland, Norway, Liechtenstein, Croatia, Romania and San Marino
- 5 to 9 working days : Estonia, Liechtenstein, Greece
EXPRESS AIR COURRIER
- 1 to 5 working days: Europe
- 2 to 5 working days: North America
- 2 to 6 working days: Asia & South America
- 3 to 7 working days: Africa & Oceania
DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Standard Delivery
Your package will be delivered Within 3-4 Working Days, through La Poste / Royal Mail, at the registered delivery address, from Monday to Friday, between 8.00 am and 7.00 pm.
If you receive a delivery notice, please pick your order up at the indicated post office. Please note that you will be asked to present your ID and the order confirmation.
RETURN AND REFUND
You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to return one or more items to us by post. All returns are at your expense (fees calculated depending on the country).
How to declare your return?
1. Go to our return portal
2. Enter your order number and the e¬mail address used to place the order
3. Once you have submitted the form, you will receive confirmation of your request by email, along with a return label to print out and full instructions for returning your package.
Return conditions
Only new, unworn and completely clean items (no labels must have been cut off) will be accepted. The item must be returned in its original packaging with the garment label attached.
Returns can be made in a single parcel, provided that, all the relevant delivery notes are included.
Return tracking
Your refund will be made within 2 to 10 days after our warehouse receives your parcel, using the payment method chosen for the order. Please note that returned orders can take up to 14 business days from receipt for the funds to credit back to your original payment method.
We suggest that you ship the parcel with a tracked service in order to be able to monitor the returned items.
When returning an item using a carrier of your choice, please be advised that the return is your responsibility up to the point that we receive it back.
