The prepaid return postage does not require separate payment; the applicable return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Returns should be shipped using the prepaid DHL Road return label at our negotiated rates:
Bulgaria, Denmark, Finland, Hungary, Poland, Romania, and Sweden : €4.95
Rest of the world : €20
